How Falcon Doors and Interiors handles the personal details you send us, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the location of the job, details of the work you need, and any photo or plan you attach. When you WhatsApp or call us we see the number you contact us from.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a written quote, arrange site visits, and deliver and install your order. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Your details go to the Falcon team handling your enquiry. If you ask us to arrange work, relevant details (your name, phone and site location) are shared with the installation crew. We do not share your details with third parties beyond what is needed to quote and deliver your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while your job is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back for more work or have a question about the installation. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of these, WhatsApp or call us on 0711 750 691.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a signed cookie only for the staff admin area. If analytics are enabled, they record page visits and button taps (such as WhatsApp clicks) in aggregate — not the content of your messages.
