Quotes
Quotes given through this website, WhatsApp or by phone are estimates. A quote is confirmed in writing once measurements or a site visit verify the job. Prices may change if the scope, sizes or site conditions differ from what was described.
Site content
Product photos, descriptions and specifications on this site are provided in good faith. Availability, finishes and sizes are confirmed at quote stage. Where a detail is marked "to confirm" or "sample", it will be verified with you before any order.
Ordering and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept a written quote and pay the agreed deposit. Payment methods, including M-Pesa, are confirmed with your quote. Delivery and installation dates are agreed in writing.
Warranty
Any warranty terms that apply to your order are stated on your written quote or invoice. This website does not itself create a warranty.
Use of this site
Do not misuse this site — for example by sending false enquiries, attempting to access the admin area, or scraping content. The site is provided as is; we may update or withdraw pages at any time.
